Lucy Liu is an American director, actress, and a singer. Lucy Liu is an intelligent and beautiful actress. Numerous Asian actors have aspired to become big stars in Hollywood. Through a succession of appearances in various popular television series she achieved fame after joining the cast of the show Legal Comedy Ally McBeal where she played the sly Ling Woo. She translated her newfound fame into roles on the big screen with Shanghai Noon, Charlie's Angels and other films. She then delivered a superlative performance in the role of Japanese crime lord O-Ren Ishii for Quentin's Kill Bill Volume 1. The same year, she also played lead roles in some film that did not make the top of the charts, like Rise: Blood Hunter.
