Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American actor, voice actress, director producer and vocalist. Lucy Liu is an intelligent and appealing actress. Numerous Asian actors dreamed of becoming famous in Hollywood. After a series of initial appearances in some popular series the actress gained notoriety after joining the cast of the comedy legal series Ally McBeal where she played the evil Ling Woo. The fame gained by her was translated into roles on the big screen in Shanghai Noon, Charlie's Angels and several other films. The actress gave a superb performance as Japanese criminal lord O'RenIshii, in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. At the same time she also played key characters in other box-office flops like Rise: Blood Hunter. In the following years, she started to voice prominent characters in animated films such including Kung Fu Panda and Tinker Bell. Mia Mason, in Cashmere Mafia and other small screen roles didn't achieve popularity.
