Lucy-Liu
Lucy Liu, an American voice actress, director, and singer, is also a talented actor. She's attractive and intelligent actress who inspires many Asian actors to succeed in Hollywood. The early successes of her were boosted by her appearance on several popular television series. There, she portrayed the villainous Ling Woo. The actress translated her sudden success into big screen roles in movies such as Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. For Kill Bill Volume 1, Quentin Tarantino, she gave an impressive performance in the role of Japanese criminal O-Ren Ishii. She also played leading characters in failed box office films such as Rise: Blood Hunter. Then she began voicing famous characters from animated films such like Kung Fu Panda and Tinker Bell. Mia Mason's role on the small screen in Cashmere Mafia did not produce any results. A recurring role in the critically-acclaimed police drama Southland helped re-establish herself as an established actress. Liu has a lot of care when choosing her roles to ensure she doesn't get typecast. Although she's embraced the roots of her family, she hasn't let them limit her as an artist.
