Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. Through the 80s, she became a household name through her performances on various television shows. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild began her career on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS soap opera daytime Dallas in 1978. Later she landed a leading role in the NBC Drama Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her a Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that show. In 1984, she was a co-star on ABC's show on primetime called Paper Dolls. In 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and appeared as a guest in TV comedies, such as Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. She's a member of SAG-AFTRA. Born in Louisville Kentucky to a hotel director and homemaker, Lawson was a passionate performer at an early stage of her life. Lawson began performing at local theaters for community performances when she was eight. Following graduation from an all-girls Catholic high school. Maggie Lawson's professional career started at age eight when she began to participated in theatre productions. Later, she moved from Los Angeles and shot her first TV pilot when she was 15 years old. In 1996 and 1997, she shot her first TV pilot in Los Angeles.
